BECAUSAL’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree not to participate in any class-action claims against BECAUSAL. Any claims shall be arbitrated individually and not consolidated.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York County, NY.

14. Miscellaneous

• If any part of these Terms is invalid, it will be severed, with remaining terms unaffected.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BECAUSAL regarding use of our Services, superseding prior agreements.
• Failure to enforce any provision does not waive BECAUSAL’s right to enforce it later.

You must maintain compatible hardware, software, and internet access. BECAUSAL is not responsible for issues arising from outdated equipment or software.
